Terms of service

Last updated 30 July 2026.

1. Who we are. This store is operated by Lift & Run, an online retailer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. "We", "us" and "our" mean Lift & Run. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order. Contact: admin@liftandrun.com.

2. These terms. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Placing an order. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. A contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we have made a pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your location. If we decline after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Everything is made to order. Our apparel is printed and finished after you order it rather than held in stock, which is why dispatch typically takes 2-5 business days. It also means we can only cancel or amend an order before it goes into production, so please tell us quickly if something is wrong.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide; there is no separate delivery charge at checkout. Orders shipping outside the UK may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. If we discover an obvious pricing error on something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds. Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days to request a return on unworn items with tags and original packaging; we do not offer direct exchanges; and orders shipping into the EU carry a 14-day cancellation right. Under UK consumer law you may also have a right to cancel distance-sold goods within 14 days of receiving them. Custom and personalised items are excluded from that right.

8. If something is faulty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right, by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Product descriptions and images. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including published garment measurements and fabric composition. Product photography and mock-ups are representative; colours can vary between screens, and made-to-order garments can vary slightly within the manufacturer's stated tolerances.

10. Our content. The Lift & Run name, logo, designs, artwork, photography and written content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to share and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Using this site. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access if you do.

12. Our liability. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for business losses, since our products are sold for personal use.

13. Things outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, supplier failure or extreme weather. If one happens we will tell you and, where the delay is substantial, you can cancel for a refund.

14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this version took effect.

15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes fall to the courts of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

16. Complaints. If something has gone wrong, email admin@liftandrun.com and tell us what happened. We are a small business and we would rather fix it directly than leave you unhappy. We reply within one working day.

17. Privacy. How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
