If you train hybrid — you lift, you run, and you don't see why you should have to choose — and people already ask you about your training or what you wear for it, this programme is for you. You don't need a huge following. We'd rather work with someone whose training content is real than someone with big numbers and rented engagement.
How it works
You apply below (takes two minutes). We approve applications personally, usually within a couple of days. You get your own referral link and a 10% discount code for your audience. Every time someone buys through your link or with your code, you earn 10% of the sale. Tracking runs for 30 days after someone clicks your link, and we pay out monthly by PayPal. Free shipping on all orders means your code stacks on top of an already easy pitch.
Who we're looking for
Hybrid athletes and coaches — runners who lift, lifters who run. Creators documenting their training. Run clubs, gym communities and PTs whose people are curious about run-and-lift training, including anyone building towards a HYROX or fitness race. If that's you, we'll probably get along.
What you get from us
A real person answering your messages, early looks at new releases, and — where it makes sense for content — clothing to train in. We keep the roster small enough to actually know our partners.
The terms, in plain English
The signup form asks you to agree to these. There's no small print beyond what's here.
Commission. You earn 10% of the order subtotal — that's after any discount code is applied, and excluding shipping and VAT. Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn commission.
Tracking. Last click wins, with a 30-day window. Sales made with your discount code credit to you even if the link wasn't clicked.
Payouts. Monthly by PayPal, once a sale has cleared our 30-day returns window. No minimum payout games — if you've earned it, it gets paid.
Your own orders. You're welcome to use your code on your own orders, and they earn commission like any other sale. What we don't allow is buying to resell, or ordering in bulk through your own code.
Say you're a partner. UK advertising rules require you to make the relationship clear (#ad or #affiliate does the job) — and it's the honest thing to do anyway. It's a condition of the programme.
Play fair. Don't bid on "Lift and Run" brand terms in paid search, don't post codes to voucher or coupon sites, don't spam, and don't make training or health claims we wouldn't make ourselves.
Leaving. Either of us can end the partnership at any time, no hard feelings — commissions already earned still get paid. We may update these terms occasionally and will let you know when we do.
