Free shipping on every order, everywhere. No minimum spend and no thresholds. The cost is built into our prices, so what you see is what you pay.

Dispatch
Our apparel is made to order, so allow 2-5 business days for your item to be produced and dispatched.

Delivery estimates
UK: roughly 3-7 business days after dispatch. Europe: roughly 5-10 business days. Rest of world: roughly 7-14 business days.

These are estimates rather than guarantees - carriers occasionally take longer, particularly around holidays. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Something gone wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, or tracking has stopped updating, email admin@liftandrun.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
