Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, UK deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and occasionally busy periods or courier delays can add a little time.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within a couple of days of ordering, check your spam folder or get in touch and we'll sort it.

We ship across the UK and to most international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive when it should, contact us straight away and we'll put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you.
