Lift & Run — Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lift & Run! We print each item on demand through Printful, so returns and refunds work differently from regular retail. Please review this policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Because each product is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes or change of mind.
- Report issues within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Email support@liftandrun.shop within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm if your request qualifies for a replacement or refund. Approved claims will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost or refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Return Shipping
You do not need to return items unless we specifically request it. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost for defective or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping if the issue doesn’t qualify under this policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Items damaged by improper washing, wear, or misuse
- Digital products, gift cards, and promotional items
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund. Shipping fees are refundable only if the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lift & Run is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier first. We’ll assist where possible.
7. Printful Production Errors
If an item was produced or shipped incorrectly by our printing partner (Printful), contact us immediately with photos. We’ll open a claim and ensure a corrected item is sent promptly.
